They consist of a series of simple geometric volumes that adjust to the natural terrain and
accommodate the functional program on different levels. The ground floor of each residence consists of
an open plan living-dining room and adjacent kitchen, while the upper levels accomodate the bedrooms
and the bathrooms .The lower levels consist of bedrooms as well as auxilary spaces.
The design aims to provide functionality, maximum openness to the views of the sea and continuity of the
inside-outside space.Large terraces shaded by a pergolas, are designed for outdoor living and dining with
magnificent views of the sea and the mediterranean landscape.
The interior design is inspired by the sophisticated simplicity of the cycladic architecture, like the builtin
furniture and the use of traditional materials. The same architectural vocabulary is also used in the
exterior spaces.
